Privacy policy
This page is operated by HD Claimants. It explains what information this road traffic claims page collects, why, who receives it and the choices you have.
What we collect
Your check answers. Whether the accident was your fault, where it happened, whether it was in the last six months, and whether a solicitor is already handling it. If you don’t pass the check, your answers stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
Your contact details. If you pass the check and choose to send the form, we receive your first and last name, phone number, email address, anything you tell us about what happened, and your agreement to be contacted.
Advert campaign details. If you arrived from an advert, details in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, campaign_id, adset_id and ad_id) are kept for your visit and saved with your enquiry so we know which advert brought you here. These identify an advert, not you.
Why we use it
We use your details to contact you by phone or email about your road traffic accident claim, as you asked us to, and to understand which of our adverts are working. We do not sell your information.
Who receives it
Your enquiry is stored securely in the database that runs this website, hosted by our website provider. It is seen by the HD Claimants team. This page does not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
How long it is kept
Campaign details stored in your browser are cleared when you close the tab. Add how long HD Claimants keeps enquiries before publishing.
Who is responsible
HD Claimants is the data controller for information handled by this page. We use your contact details to take the steps you asked for before you decide whether to use our service, and on the basis of your agreement to be contacted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw your agreement to be contacted at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
